Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Product Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
Return Window: You must initiate the return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items. Please follow the same process as returns and indicate your preference for an exchange.
Return Method
Return by Mail Only
A free return label is provided. You can download and print the label from your account or request it via email.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all non-defective product returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
