As with all of our tables, the Aces Pro is available in the classic configuration, but is also customizable via upgrades for greater function and wow factor. Add suited speed speed cloth, custom graphics, a dining top, brass cup holders, a built-in card shuffler (Shuffle Tech or Deckmate), USB chargers with hidden power supply/cabling and more.

Standard tables ship on average 7-10 business days. This is the fastest option for you to get up and playing quickly!
Template layouts (Default black armrest and template prints)
Tables with template layouts will ship on average in 2-4 weeks. We size, print and upholster all templates in our facility in Las Vegas, NV and we are sure you will love your vibrant graphic layout!
Customized table (Custom armrest material, custom graphics or special order hardware)
For custom tables, anticipate in 4-6 weeks. We prepare materials while you work with our designer to create your dream layout, then we construct your table for your final approval. You can speed up this process by confirming your design quickly with our designer, remember we cannot complete your custom order without your design being confirmed! You are guaranteed to get a one of a kind custom masterpiece with this option.
Please review our Product Policies on change of mind and cancellations on custom orders, you have 72 hours upon your order to change or cancel, once we start preparing materials please be aware restocking and cancellation charges on custom projects will apply.

Shipping and Receiving
All orders from BBO Poker Tables which require shipping are subject to the following shipping guidelines.
Please read this carefully, if you do not report damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance and BBO Poker Tables will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage. Please read this carefully.
All poker and gaming tables from BBO Poker Tables ship on pallets via ground freight, fully insured. Our carrier will call you prior to delivery to schedule a day and time to deliver your table. Please note, most freight carriers require a 4 hour time window for delivery. ALL deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY unless you have set up white glove/inside delivery with us PRIOR to your table shipping.If inside delivery is added on at the time of delivery with the carrier, an additional invoice will be issued to cover the service.
In the event that your table is damaged in transit, as long as your follow our receiving instructions we will be able to send out a replacement for you immediately.
For optimal handling and assembly, we strongly advise having two individuals carry and assemble the table. To prevent any potential damage to the armrest, please refrain from dragging it on the floor during assembly. Your care ensures the longevity and quality of your table.
Return
All products are eligible for return up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges are the responsibilities of the customer and custom orders (poker and game tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and deemed to be free of any damages. There is a 15% restocking fee for all products.
Warranty
LIFETIME WARRANTY:
We back our tables with a limited lifetime structural warranty so you can rest easy that your BBO/GTT table will be the center of your game for years to come!
What’s Covered?
Our warranty covers the table’s structure, including materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet, ensuring it withstands its intended load without failure or significant deformation.
What’s Not Covered?
Consumable components such as table finish, playing surface layouts, armrest material, and foam components are not covered under the lifetime warranty. These items naturally wear with use but are available for purchase and replacement on our website.
Seating Warranty
Our chairs, ottoman, and benches are covered under a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from customer modifications or improper use including but not limited to: Damage due to use not intended for the product such as rocking, dragging, exceeding weight limit, standing or climbing, etc., Damage from neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or accidents. Inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care including concerns such as pet hair, environmental growth, uninvited guests, or water damage)
Warranty Disclaimers
Warranty is Non-Transferable: Valid only for the original purchaser.Electronics: Electronic components are warrantied for 2 years from the date of delivery.LED Customizations: Modifying or customizing LED components will void the warranty.Refinishing the Table: Any refinishing or modifications to the table will void the warranty.Assembly Adjustments: Incorrect assembly adjustments can void the warranty, so please follow our assembly guidelines.Improper Use voids the warranty. Examples of improper use include but are not limited to rocking, dragging, exceeding weight limits, standing or climbing etc.Damage from neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or accidents, inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care, including concerns such as pet hair, environmental growth, uninvited guests, or water damageBBO Poker Tables and Game Theory Tables will provide replacement components for valid warranty claims. Replacements will be shipped to you, and you’ll be responsible for installation, as we do not offer in-house technician services.
