Please note that Fun Company does not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse. As a result, any return requests for Fun Company products must be carefully reviewed and approved by Game Den HQ on a case-by-case basis.
If a return is authorized, the following conditions apply:
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Game Den HQ and Fun Company are not liable for any damages that occur during return shipping. Customers must handle any related freight damage claims directly with the carrier.
