Redeem Machine interactive self-service kiosk accepts, validates, and counts collectible redemption cards, coins, and chips, doubling as redemption media. Branded the Redeem Machine™, this non-game utility ships ready to accept Andamiro’s SpongeBob, Minions, and WWE game cards, as well as Bandai Namco’s DC Superheroes cards; its high-capacity solid-state HD supports expansion capabilities for additional game cards and items. The system recognizes bonus sets and awards “e-tickets” and points accordingly.
Redeem Machine is compatible with popular swipe-card cashless systems, including Embed, Intercard, and Sacoa, and ships with dual ticket dispensers for traditional “ticket” venues. There are several key benefits to adding a kiosk to a redemption operation. First, they help prevent card fraud; second, they securely store high-value trade-ins, reducing theft; and third, self-service operation eliminates the need for staff intervention, reducing bottlenecks at the redemption center. The Redeem Machine ships with dual screens (23″ ea.). It can read barcoded and RFID cards.
It’s ready for Andamiro’s Avengers, SpongeBob, Ticket Jar, Wrestling Pro game cards, Bandai Namco’s DC Superheroes, NFLPA Red Zone Rush cards, and Elaut’s game cards. It also validates souvenir coins and chips. Compatible with standard card-swipe management systems, the Redeem Machine enables a fully integrated redemption solution.
